Heyloha is developed by Stefan Hoogers and Judith de Koning. With a question about your setup, you speak to one of them directly.
Why we started Heyloha
At company after company we saw the same thing: the same questions, all day long. Work sat waiting because the phone kept ringing, and anyone who asked something in the evening heard back the next morning.
The software that solves this was built for large customer service departments. Expensive, heavy and only usable after months. So we developed Heyloha: an AI agent that does not just answer, but acts. It books appointments in your calendar, records leads in your CRM, sends a quote or brochure, and transfers the call warmly to the right colleague the moment it gets too specific.
Who we are
Heyloha is a product of Covalore B.V. in Utrecht. Together we are responsible for the direction of the company and the development of the platform.

With over twelve years of experience in data analysis and product management, Stefan combines technology with an understanding of customer behaviour. At Heyloha he is responsible for the technology and the ongoing development of the platform.
