Your AI writes the reply. You press send.

Your AI agent reads incoming email and prepares a reply as a draft, in the same thread in your own mailbox. You review it and press send. The agent never sends anything itself.

The Heyloha Email Agent reads incoming email and writes a draft reply in your own mailbox. A colleague reviews the draft and sends it. The agent does not send email itself, uses your brand's knowledge, and writes in your team's style.

How it works

1

Connect your mailbox

Gmail, Outlook or IMAP. Your agent reads the mailbox you point it at.

2

The agent writes a draft

When a question comes in, the agent prepares a reply in the same thread, with the original message quoted below.

3

You review and send

Change whatever you want to change and press send. Nothing goes out behind your back.

Why this is not auto-reply

It never sends

That is not a setting you toggle, it is how the channel is built. On email the agent cannot take any action that changes something.

Writes in your team's style

The agent looks at mail your team sent previously and picks up that tone. Those examples are stripped of personal data first.

Answers every question in the mail

If a message contains three questions, the draft addresses all three. Not just the first one.

Sorts your inbox

You write the rules yourself, for example needs action or handled, and your inbox gets labelled automatically. Works with Gmail and Outlook.

Your own signature

Including logo, colours and formatting. Drafts look like mail from your own team.

Knows what it does not know

The agent does not invent order statuses or commitments it cannot see. If it cannot answer something, the draft shows that.

Currently in closed beta

We are testing this channel with a small group of customers so we can measure draft quality before making it widely available. Want to take part? Let us know and we will get in touch as soon as there is room.

Frequently asked questions

Can the agent send email itself?

No. The agent only prepares drafts. That is not something you can switch on, it is how the channel is built. No email leaves without a human pressing send.

Which mailboxes can I connect?

Gmail and Outlook connect in a few clicks. You can also connect a mailbox over IMAP, for example your own mail server or Exchange. Automatic labelling works with Gmail and Outlook.

Does the agent read all my email?

The agent processes incoming messages in the connected mailbox. Newsletters, no-reply addresses and out-of-office replies are recognised and skipped, as are any domains you block yourself.

When will it be available for everyone?

We will open it up once draft quality is consistently good enough, which is exactly what we measure during the beta. If you are on the list, you hear first.
