With the Realtor add-on, the AI phone assistant books viewings straight into Realworks. When someone calls about a property, the assistant asks for their name, email address and which property it's about. It then checks which viewing slots your branch still has free in Realworks and books the viewing right away. The caller and your team both get a confirmation.
The Realtor add-on costs €69.99 a month on top of your plan. It adds nine property features, such as an estimated value, the WOZ value and monthly mortgage payments, plus a KeyVue integration so leads land straight in your CRM.
