AI answers you can build on
An AI Agent is only valuable when you trust its answers. Heyloha is built to stay grounded, safe, and within clear limits. Here is how we do it.
Heyloha safeguards the quality and safety of AI answers in four ways: the agent answers from your own content (grounding), we evaluate answers automatically (evals), every agent has built-in conduct rules (guardrails), and a human can take over at any moment. This is how Heyloha limits hallucinations, meaning made-up answers.
Grounded in your own content
Your agent answers from the knowledge you add, not from random internet sources.
Your content as the source
The agent consults your website and documents for every factual question and trusts those above general model knowledge.
No made-up answers
The agent may not claim what is not in your content. If it cannot find a good answer, it says so honestly.
Knows when it does not know
If a question falls outside your content, the agent does not guess, but flags it or brings in a human.
Automatic evals (evaluations)
Beyond the rules set up front, we also look afterward. Heyloha automatically runs evals on the answers and checks things like groundedness (did the answer stay within the retrieved knowledge?) and whether the agent is promising more than it can deliver. This gives us insight into the quality and shows us where things can be better. This evaluation runs in the background and does not affect the speed of your conversations.
Built-in conduct rules (guardrails)
On top of your own settings, every agent has a fixed set of guardrails that always apply, in every language we support.
No risky advice
No medical, legal, or financial advice. The agent refers you to a professional.
Never asks for sensitive data
Never for passwords, social security numbers, or payment details.
Stays neutral
No opinions on politics, religion, or other sensitive topics.
Locked to its role
The agent will not be talked into changing its instructions. Built-in protection against manipulation.
A human stays in control
AI does not have to do everything on its own. For complaints, emotional situations, or complicated legal or financial questions, the agent hands the conversation over to a person. On the email channel, the agent only writes a draft that a human reviews and sends. And it can only route to the colleagues you set up in advance. That way you keep control over what actually happens.
And your customers' data stays protected
Quality and privacy go together. On your chat channels, personal data is masked before a conversation goes to the AI model, and your data stays within the EU.

Can the AI make things up or hallucinate?
Heyloha is built to limit that: the agent answers from your content, may not claim what is not in it, and says so when it does not know something. On top of that, we automatically evaluate answers on groundedness.
What are evals and guardrails?
Evals (evaluations) are automatic assessments of the quality of answers. Guardrails are built-in conduct rules that always apply, such as giving no medical or legal advice.
Does the AI give medical or legal advice?
No. Fixed guardrails prohibit that; the agent refers you to a professional.
Can someone talk the AI into something?
The agent is locked to its role and instructions and does not change them at a user's request.
