Heyloha
Calendar Integration

Connecting your calendar

To have appointments scheduled automatically, Heyloha needs to know when you are available. You do this by connecting your calendar. Once this connection is active, the AI can suggest suitable time slots during conversations based on your current availability.

In short

The AI reads your availability from your connected calendar. You decide which calendars may be used. This connection is required to have appointments scheduled automatically.

Without a calendar connection, the AI cannot retrieve available times and appointments cannot be booked. This is therefore always the first step before you can set up appointment types or let your AI Agent schedule appointments.

Supported calendars

Right now you connect an Outlook calendar (Outlook.com or Microsoft 365). Google Calendar is coming soon.

How to connect your calendar

1

Go to Agent, then Agenda

Agent is in the left menu. Open the Agenda tab. At the top you will find Connected calendars.

2

Click Connect calendar

In Connected calendars, click Connect calendar and choose your provider. Outlook works now, Google Calendar is coming soon.

3

Log in with your provider

An Outlook window opens. Log in with the account from which Heyloha may read your availability. After approval, the calendar is automatically added.

4

Check that it connected

You will now see your calendar in the list, with a green Token valid label. That means everything is connected correctly.

5

Choose which calendars may be used

You decide yourself which connected calendars Heyloha may use when suggesting available times. This has no impact on your calendar itself; you are only setting up what the AI may use later.

Make sure your calendar is up to date and that blocks are set correctly. The Agent only schedules at times marked as free in your calendar.
