If you use an Outlook or Microsoft 365 calendar, the assistant sees which times are free during the call and books the appointment straight in. If you use practice management software, appointment requests go to that system via Zapier, Make, n8n or a webhook, or we build a direct integration on request.
Privacy and GDPR
Calls are not recorded, only transcribed, so your team can read them back. The data is stored on servers in the European Union, processing falls under the GDPR and we sign a data processing agreement with you. Read more on our security page.
