Heyloha
AI Email Agent

Brand domains and blocked domains

The Domains tab holds two lists. Both are optional, and both are about who sent a message rather than what it says.

Brand domains

These are the email domains that belong to your own organisation. When a message comes from one of them, the agent knows the sender is part of your team and treats it differently from mail by a stranger.

The match is exact. If you use several subdomains, add each of them separately.

Blocked domains

Here you list senders you never want a draft for: marketing tools, automatic notifications, anything that needs no answer. Mail from these domains is skipped silently. One entry covers that sender's subdomains too.

Blocking is not a spam filter. The email still arrives in your mailbox, the agent simply does nothing with it.

What the agent skips anyway

  • Senders such as noreply@ and do-not-reply@.
  • Automatic replies and out-of-office messages, recognised by the markers mail programs attach to them.
  • Bulk mail that announces itself as bulk, as many newsletters do.
  • Messages sent from the connected mailbox itself.

So there is no need to write a rule for those.
