Everything we have built and improved since March 2026, by period.
Below is an overview by period, with the newest updates at the top. We wrote in-depth articles about the big milestones, and you can find those on our blog.
August 2026
- Quality and safety: your agent stays grounded in your own content, we automatically evaluate answers (evals) on groundedness, and every agent has built-in behaviour rules (guardrails).
- Improvements in the inbox: clearer filtering by brand and more reliable work across conversations.
- Phone: the agent briefly confirms the name before it logs a callback request, even if it was mentioned earlier.
April to July 2026
- One agent for all your channels: you set up your agent once, and channels are the places where it appears.
- One shared knowledge base, and you can now also upload your own documents (PDF, Word, spreadsheet).
- Workflows: decide what your agent does for a specific topic or event, following the recipe when X, do Y, then Z.
- Warm handover: if a colleague replies themselves, the AI agent steps aside, and after an hour of silence it picks it back up.
- More natural phone voices from OpenAI, and local numbers in Germany, Austria and France.
- Privacy: on your chat channels, personal data is masked before a conversation goes to the AI model, with storage within the EU.
- A new dashboard, refreshed navigation and faster reporting.
- Two-step verification, conversation starters per page, buttons and forms in the chat, and Flemish as a separate language.
March 2026
- Real-time speech technology for the Phone Agent, for smoother conversations.
- A newer, faster AI model for the chat agent, with better language following.
- Webhook integrations with HubSpot, ActiveCampaign and KeyVue.
- File sharing in the chat, plus improvements in the app and the knowledge base.
