Creating an AI agent
In Heyloha you create one agent, not one per channel. That single agent will appear on your website, on WhatsApp, on the phone and on your social channels. What you fill in here applies everywhere at once.
Click Create agent
If you do not have an agent yet, you land here automatically after logging in.
Enter the brand name
The name of your brand or company as customers know it. Your company name is fine.
Give your agent a name
The name visitors will know your agent by. Pick something human, for example Noa or Sam. The agent uses this name on every channel.
Enter your website
We crawl your website to build knowledge for the agent. Enter the exact URL, including https://. Note that Heyloha works per subdomain, so enter the address where your information actually lives.
Click Create
Your agent is saved and we start crawling your website straight away.
What happens next?
We prepare every channel for you: web, phone, WhatsApp, Instagram and LinkedIn. Only the web chat is switched on right away, so you can test immediately. The others stay off and cost nothing until you activate them yourself.
From here you find everything under Agent in the left menu. That is where you set who your agent is (Identity), how it sounds (Personality), what it knows (Knowledge) and what it may and may not say (Behaviour rules).
Nothing you enter now is final. You can change all of it later, and changes apply to every channel at once.
