Live action indicator during a conversation
During a conversation, your AI agent regularly does something behind the scenes: checking a postcode, calculating a valuation, looking up availability in your calendar, searching your knowledge base. Those actions take a few seconds. Instead of a generic 'typing...', the agent shows precisely what it is doing right now.
What the visitor sees
At the bottom of the chat window a short label appears, like 'Checking postcode...' or 'Calculating home value...'. As soon as the action finishes, the agent replies with the result. No five-second black box. The visitor always knows what they are waiting for.

Automatic in five languages
The indicator label is shown automatically in the visitor's language: Dutch, English, German, French or Spanish. The right language is detected from browser settings or the conversation language already set.
No setting required
The live action indicator is a standard part of every AI agent and does not need to be enabled separately. As soon as your agent uses a tool or integration, the matching status label appears automatically.
