What happens after 14 days?

What if my credits run out?
One credit is one call minute or one chat conversation. When your credits run out, the AI pauses by default, so there are no unexpected costs. Callers then hear a short message that the service is unavailable. Switch on automatic extra credits and everything keeps running.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. Heyloha is built so anyone can set it up. Your website chat is live within 30 minutes, your phone within an hour.
Can I cancel at any time?
