What exactly is a credit?
A credit represents one unit of usage. You use 1 credit per chat conversation handled by the AI, or per call minute with AI telephony. You pick a plan with the number of credits that fits your monthly volume.
How do credits work in practice?
You receive a monthly credit bundle based on your plan. The AI uses credits automatically during conversations. Your dashboard always shows how many credits you have left and what you have consumed.
What happens when my credits run out?
When your credits run out, the AI automatically pauses new conversations. You can purchase additional credits at any time or upgrade to a higher plan. You will never incur unexpected costs.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. For a downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of the next billing period.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Heyloha is cancelable monthly. There are no setup fees, no minimum term and no hidden costs. You can also choose annual billing and save 15%.
Is Heyloha GDPR compliant?
Yes. All data is processed securely in accordance with GDPR. Privacy consent is built into the chat widget by default. Heyloha is registered as Covalore B.V. in the Netherlands.
